We want you to love your Seraphic™ Electric Scalp Massager. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
